Shipping & Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund less our S/H fee. You will also pay the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning and we will notify you via e-mail some instructions about return. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Your purchase will be shipped from inventory in stock and in our possession, never directly from an overseas supplier. Our merchandise ships from a Canadian address and the parcel is processed as soon as you pay under normal circumstances. Occasionally, we may run out of stock in which case we will notify you immediately. International packages are marked as gifts with a nominal value of $10~$20 to help them get through customs smoothly. Insurance is already included with shipping so we are responsible for lost or stolen items. Expect your purchase to arrive in 3 to 7 business days under normal circumstances for domestic packages, 4 to 15 business days for US customers and up to 30 days for international orders depending on location. Occasionally, items are delayed in the mail, which we have no control over. By purchasing this item, you agree to our shipping terms and hold us harmless for any loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by the Canadian Postal System. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next half pound.
